01. Service Core
Digitiful provides digital solution engineering, system architecture, and technical deployment services. All engagements are governed by project-specific SOWs (Statements of Work). Use of our public hub constitutes acceptance of these terms.
02. User Commitments
You warrant that all project data, content, and signals provided are lawful and free of infringing material. You agree not to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt our systems or those of our clients.
03. Intellectual Property
All pre-existing IP remains the property of the originating party. Newly developed code, designs, and architecture are delivered under a full transfer license upon final payment, unless otherwise specified in the SOW.
04. Liability & Warranties
Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maximum liability is capped at the total fees paid. Critical system failures will trigger incident response, not financial liability.
05. Jurisdiction & Amendments
Governing law: Quebec, Canada. Disputes resolved via binding arbitration. We reserve the right to update these terms with 30 days’ public notice via hub alert.
